  1. Participants will need to complete online training, which could take up to 6 hours to complete.  Once online training is complete, participants may attend this training.

  3. Please create a log in. After creating a log in using your email address and a password, click “Launch Course” to begin.
  4. This blended learning course includes an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skills session.  The online portion must be completed before attending the in-class portion.  Most learners complete the online portion in approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
